PinataBot on the Sui Blockchain: Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by PinataBot (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”), as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

   Description of Services: PinataBot is a Telegram-based wallet bot that allows users to securely manage their assets on the Sui blockchain. You can log in seamlessly using your Google or Twitch account via zkLogin, participate in games, and execute transactions within Telegram. As part of our login process, we store JWT token to manage sessions and user interactions with our Services. These tokens do not grant us access to your private keys, which remain solely under your control

2. Eligibility and Access

   • Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

   • Prohibited Jurisdictions: Services are not available to residents or users from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited, including but not limited to the United States of America.

   • Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and are solely responsible for understanding the legal status of the Services in your jurisdiction.

   • Authority: You must have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms on behalf of yourself and any party for which you may access or use the Services. The Services are not available to any user previously removed from the Services by us.

3. Your Responsibilities, Conduct, and Liability

   • You are responsible for securing your private keys, passwords, and any other credentials used to access the Services. We do not store your private keys on our servers.

   • You must use the Services only if they are legal in your jurisdiction. Services are not available in prohibited jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States of America, and if you choose to access the Services from such jurisdictions, it is at your own risk and responsibility.

   • You must use the Services for lawful purposes only and must not engage in any activities that could harm the Services or other users.

   • You are solely responsible for determining and paying any Taxes associated with your use of the Services.

   • Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, using the Services for unsolicited advertising, attempting to breach security measures, or misusing the Services in any technologically harmful way.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

   • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by us or our licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing or using the Services.

   • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without express written permission from us.

5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

   • Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, in London, United Kingdom.

   • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

6. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

   • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Amendments and Termination

   • We may update these Terms periodically, and we will post the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms. We may terminate or suspend access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

Accessing the Services from jurisdictions where the content or practices are illegal, unauthorized, or penalized is strictly prohibited.
